YANGA ZIBI
Yanga served her articles with PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC), where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant, CA (SA). She has audited companies including but not limited to Harmony Mining Group, Multichoice Africa, Life Healthcare Group, T-Systems, Sony Ericsson and Honeywell. Upon completing her articles, she joined Barclays Africa Group Treasury Division.
She served as the Chief Financial Officer of Mnambithi Group and its subsidiaries from 2016 to 2021. She is registered with the South Africa Institute of Charted Accountants (SAICA) with over eight years of post-article experience.
LINDIZWE ZIBI
Lindizwe’s Master’s thesis focused on South African industrial wastewater purification. He has worked for Chevron Refinery South Africa, Orica Mining Services and KBR South Africa (mainly focusing on SASOL Synfuels and ENGEN Refinery projects).
He has more than eight years of project management & engineering experience in the oil and gas industry. He served as the Executive of Mnambithi Terminals and the Group Technical Director from 2016 to 2021. He is registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) and the South African Institute of Chemical Engineers (ICHEME).
